Returning your Gumdrops

Find out below how to return your Gumdrop Bins and Gumdrops on the go

Do you have full Gumdrop Bins or full Gumdrops on the go that need returning. If so, please follow the steps below:

RETURNING FULL GUMDROP BINS AS PART OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Please email sales@gumdropltd.com with the following information.

-Number of full Gumdrop Bins you are returning

-How long the Gumdrop Bins you are returning were installed for. (This could be a number of weeks or months)

-The size of the package that the full Gumdrop Bins are packaged in

-The weight of the package

-Do you need any new Gumdrop Bins inserts? If so please let us know so we can arrange for some to be sent out.

We will then book in a collection at a convenient time to you. Once back at our recycling centre we will take some stats from your Gumdrop Bins and let you know how your Gumdrop Bins performed.

RETURNING FULL GUMDROPs ON THE GO

Have you filled your Gumdrops on the go? If you have please send them back to us to recycle using our Free Post label. It’s simple. Please make sure you send back 3 full ones to receive your free Gumdrop and discount code.

  1. Download the Free Post label below and print it off
  2. Stick to the front of a small package/envelope
  3. Pop your full Gumdrops in, seal it up and pop it in the post
  4. Email sales@gumdropltd.com with your name, address, email address and the number of Gumdrops on the go you have returned to us.

As a thank you for recycling your Gumdrops on the go we will give you a discount code to use on your next purchase of a Gumdrop on the go pack. We will also put you into our monthly prize draw to win one of our Gum-tec products. Don’t forget to email us your name, address and email details so that we can get in touch with your discount code. For every person who sends back 3 full Gumdrops, they will receive a complimentary Gumdrop on the go in the post.

Please note that if you have purchased the Gumdrops on the go from outside of the UK. The Freepost option may not work. Please still return your full Gumdrops back to us at the office address below and we will send you out your free Gumdrop on the go in exchange for three full ones being sent back.
