NEW Uni Freshers Week Packs

We are launching a brand new University pack, just in time for freshers week. Our aim is to help tackle chewing gum litter on campus and educate as many students as possible about recycling

Freshers Pack

There are 3 types of packs available:

Regular Chewer Pack – £330.00 including delivery (excludes VAT) 

  • 250 x Gumdrops-on-the-go (Mini key-rings)
  • A Gum-tec product made from recycled chewing gum, will be sent to every person who sends back their full Gumdrop via our freepost system
  • 1 x Gumdrop Bin – 2 month trial (All signage and fixings included)

Everyday Chewer Pack – £640.00 including delivery (excludes VAT) 

  • 500 x Gumdrops-on-the-go (Mini key-rings)
  • A Gum-tec product made from recycled chewing gum, will be sent to every person who sends back their full Gumdrop via our freepost system
  • 2 x Gumdrop Bins – 2 month trial (All signage and fixings included)

Epic Chewer Pack – £1145.00 including delivery (excludes VAT) 

  • 1000 x Gumdrops-on-the-go (Mini key-rings)
  • A Gum-tec product made from recycled chewing gum, will be sent to every person who sends back their full Gumdrop via our freepost system
  • 4 x Gumdrop Bins – 2 month trial (All signage and fixings included)

In addition we will be running a new competition during freshers week – 3 lucky winners who upload a selfie with their new #Gumdroponthego, will be in with the chance to win a new pair of Gum-tec wellies made with recycled chewing gum.

Gumdrop Selfie Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is only open to UK residents, aged over 18, excluding Gumdrop employees and those professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Promotion Period: Entries must be made between 9am on the 10th September 2016 and 11.59pm on the 30th of September.
  3. To Enter: participants must take a selfie with their Gumdrop and share publicly on either Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #Gumdroponthego to be automatically entered into the prize draw.
  4. No purchase is necessary however internet access and a valid social media account is required.
  5. The Prizes: 3 winners will each win 1 x pair of Gum-tec Gumboots in available sizes that are stocked by Gumdrop Ltd (wellington boots made with recycled chewing gum). If the winners size is not in stock then they may choose another size. Sizes available Kids 10-12 Adults UK 1-7.
  6. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by random draws conducted by Gumdrop Ltd, from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
  7. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via public tweet or Facebook within 7 days of the draw. In the event that a winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
  8. Entries will be rejected if they: 
    a. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content; 
    b. have not been uploaded specifically for the promotion; 
    c. represent a danger to health and safety
  9. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery of the prizes.
  10. The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prizes as stated.
  11. The Promoter may substitute the prize for a prize of an equal or greater value if, for any reason, if the original item is unavailable.
  12. By entering, winners agree that if they win, they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by Gumdrop Ltd or its agencies.
  13. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance or use of the prize.
  15. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
  16. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
  18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
  19. The winners names and counties will be available by sending a stamped SAE to Gumdrop Ltd, Studio 65A, Pall Mall Deposit, 128 Barbly Road, London, W10 6BL for a period of one month following the end of the promotion.
  20. Bulk votes or entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk votes, votes by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  21. Aside from the use of entry data for the performance of this promotion, the Promoter will not use personal data for any other purpose without the express consent of the entrant.
  22. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  23. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English and Welsh law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
