Reason for having Gumdrops:
As part of the launch for The Wrigley Company Limited’s Extra White Bubblemint, Wrigley set up an experiential sampling unit in four different shopping centres around the UK.  As part of Wrigley’s ongoing commitment to promoting good gum disposal, Gumdrop installed Gumdrop Bins within the experiential unit.

Launch Details:
To support the launch of EXTRA Bubblemint,  Gumdrop teamed up with representatives from The Wrigley Company Limited at each shopping centre to encourage the public to dispose of chewed free samples of the new product responsibly. Wrigley set up an experiential sampling unit in the middle of key shopping centres to raise consumer awareness of the new product and encourage people to try the new flavoured chewing gum. Within the experiential sampling unit, Wrigley set up photo booths in which the public could go to take photographs of themselves to then enter into a competition to win a prize. As well as encouraging visitors to the shopping centres to try the new chewing gum, people were also encouraged to dispose of the chewing gum in a suitable and sustainable way by using the Gumdrop bins placed around the experiential unit.
